She has completed B.Sc(N) at College of Nursing, Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore. and M.Sc(N) at KMCH College of Nursing, Coimbatore. She completed her Doctoral Education in Nursing at Yenepoya University, Mangalore. She has more than 30 years of experience in Nursing Education and has many publications to her credit. She is a strict disciplinarian and a good guide to all the Nursing students in the campus.
